Halo Robotics is the largest professional drone distributor and robotics company in
Indonesia, and the leading industrial drone service provider — with over a decade of
experience serving more than 900 companies and government agencies across the Mining,
Oil & Gas, Power, Construction, Security, and Public Safety sectors.
Halo Robotics is the authorized distributor of DJI Enterprise, Unitree, Terrasolid, GreenValley,
and Emlid, and also serves as an industrial drone service provider and system integrator for
the drone technology, robotics, and AI ecosystem in Indonesia.
Sales Engineer – Security & Surveillance is responsible for developing business
opportunities in the security, surveillance, and situational awareness sectors, with a focus on
selling drone technology, monitoring systems, and integrated security solutions to B2B and
B2G customers. This role plays an important part in expanding Halo Robotics’ market share
in the security sector while building long-term relationships with customers, system
integrator partners, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information
Technology, or related fields - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Solution
Sales, or Business Development - Experience selling technology-based solutions, preferably from the security
systems, surveillance, system integration, enterprise technology, drone, robotics, or
related technology sectors - Experience selling to B2B and B2G customers
- Basic understanding of surveillance platforms, monitoring systems, network
infrastructure, or command center solutions is a strong advantage - Experience developing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and achieving
revenue targets - Ability to apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer technical
requirements and design suitable solutions - Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage negotiations
through to closing - Strong market analysis, business development, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English,
both verbally and in writing - Willingness to travel frequently to project locations across Indonesia
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Security & Surveillance solutions, including
drone systems, monitoring systems, surveillance platforms, and integrated security
solutions - Identify new business opportunities across security, industrial, infrastructure,
utilities, government, and related sectors - Apply a consultative approach to understand customer operational and technical
requirements, and design appropriate solutions - Actively manage the sales pipeline from prospecting, qualification, presentation,
proposal preparation, negotiation, through to closing - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution architecture explanations, and
product demonstrations to customers and project stakeholders - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including technical specifications, scope
of work, cost estimates, and supporting project documentation - Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product, Operations, Project, and
After-Sales to ensure smooth project execution - Collaborate with principals, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners
in solution development and project implementation - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates to
management - Maintain a strong understanding of developments in security, surveillance, drone,
and integrated monitoring technologies across industries.
