Halo Robotics is the largest professional drone distributor and robotics company in
Indonesia, and the leading industrial drone service provider — with over a decade of
experience serving 900+ companies and government agencies across the Mining, Oil & Gas,
Power, Construction, Security, and Public Safety sectors.
Halo Robotics is the authorized distributor of DJI Enterprise, Unitree, Terrasolid, GreenValley,
and Emlid, as well as an industrial drone service provider and system integrator for the
drone technology, robotics, and AI ecosystem in Indonesia.
As a QHSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Quality, Health, Safety, and
Environment (QHSE) management system is consistently implemented across all internal
operations and field project activities. With a primary focus on quality management, this
role is critical in maintaining the quality of Halo Robotics’ products and services, fulfilling
client QHSE requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and
regulations in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields - Minimum 2 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Mining
sector - Holds a General K3 Certification (Kemnaker) (required)
- Knowledgeable and experienced in implementing quality, safety, and environmental
management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) - Familiar with national OHS regulations and international standards
- Experienced in preparing QHSE documents including quality procedures, HIRADC,
JSA, SOPs, risk assessments, work permits, and related documentation - Experienced in conducting quality audits, field inspections, and incident
investigations - Experienced in delivering HSE training, safety inductions, and awareness programs to
employees and project teams - Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external
clients - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in field environments
- Willing to travel to project sites across Indonesia
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the QHSE management system in accordance with ISO
9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards - Develop and compile work procedures, SOPs, and safety equipment checklists
related to the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety system - Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and
procedures across all Company divisions - Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for
routine and non-routine activities; perform regular inspections and internal audits;
follow up on findings through corrective and preventive actions, including
performance evaluations based on audit results and KPIs - Prepare regular QHSE performance reports and present them to Company
Management - Plan and deliver QHSE training and awareness programs for employees
- Manage end-to-end incident reporting: documentation, analysis & investigation,
coordination with relevant teams, reporting & communication, follow-up, and
continuous improvement - Participate in weekly QHSE review meetings for trend analysis and issue resolution
- Monitor Change Management initiatives and conduct evaluations, surveys, and
feedback loops to measure effectiveness - Handle Company Culture and Value Development Programs, and actively uphold and
promote Company values both internally and at assigned locations - Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on work and project
progress - Coordinate with the Project and Operations teams to ensure all client QHSE
requirements are met before and during project execution - Prepare and manage QHSE documentation for tenders, contracts, certifications, and
client audits in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors - Responsible for HSE project management as needed
