MetScan: Alat Deteksi Kebocoran Gas Berbasis Drone

Data yang dikumpulkan oleh MetScan kemudian diproses menggunakan AIRINS, platform software berbasis AI untuk visualisasi data dan pelaporan emisi.

MetScan V1 diuji pada Februari 2026 di fasilitas LNG terbesar di Indonesia untuk mendeteksi kebocoran gas dan emisi methane pada tiga aset utama: Piperack, Condensate Tank, dan Condensate Pump. Dalam pengujian ini, sistem MetScan diintegrasikan dengan DJI Matrice 400 untuk melakukan pemindaian udara serta pengumpulan data emisi secara efisien.

Sebanyak 31.878 titik data dikumpulkan sepanjang 1.68 km jalur pipa menggunakan alat deteksi kebocoran gas MetScan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan methane tidak tersebar merata, tetapi terdeteksi dalam 12 cluster yang terpisah. Tampilan 3D Grid menunjukkan lokasi konsentrasi lebih tinggi secara jelas untuk tindak lanjut yang tepat.
