Halo Robotics is the authorized distributor of DJI Enterprise, Unitree, Terrasolid, GreenValley, and
Emlid, as well as an industrial drone service provider and system integrator for the drone technology, robotics, and AI ecosystem in Indonesia.
Halo Robotics is seeking a competent and committed Project Manager to support execution of a
wide range of concurrent projects across industries, with a unique opportunity to grow your career

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in Geospatial Science, Geography, and/or
Geodetic Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including knowledge of drone
technology across multiple industries - Experience managing projects in the Mining and/or Oil & Gas sector is strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills
- Excellent professional communication skills and strong team leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with professional project management frameworks and software systems
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel frequently to client and project locations
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing is a plus
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including: definition of Scope of Work
and detailed deliverables; budgeting, scheduling and planning; efficient use of company
team resources and equipment; team leadership and resolution of issues; administrative
management of the project and all documentation related to it; and management of the
relationship with the clients and all stakeholders on every project - Actively communicate day-to-day with clients, providing full solutions to internal and
external parties at both a deep technical and project management level - Prepare and edit project documents from beginning to end, including: Proposals, GANTT
Charts, Project Charter, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, Results
Reporting, and Project Summary/Project Close - Manage purchasing procedures for project requirements, working closely with procurement
and SCM colleagues to ensure efficient spending - Manage project budgets: independently develop budgets, plan and schedule project
timelines, coordinate resources in line with budgets, and ensure project profitability and
success - Quality assurance: track and communicate project deliverables, monitoring output quality,
and report project progress consistently and systematically to all stakeholders - Present project results to clients and stakeholders as required
- Ensure all projects comply with SOPs, PMP project management policies, and other
international standards and professional best practices - Maintain an in-depth understanding of drone technology across industries
