Our team is ready to help and will provide complete guidance on sending the drone to our authorized service center.

Upon arrival of your drone at the Halo Robotics service center, the technician will perform a thorough inspection to identify the problem.

We will contact you via email regarding the repair cost, including the cost of parts, technician services, and shipping costs (if the drone is to be shipped back). Once you agree to the cost, we will begin the repair process.

Using genuine DJI parts and DJI-certified technicians, we will carry out professional repairs in accordance with established standards.

After the repair process is complete, we will conduct a drone function test to ensure the drone’s performance is back to optimal. The result of the function test will be delivered via email.

After the function test is completed, the drone can be picked up directly at our service center or sent using a trusted courier service.
