Email [email protected] with your issue, or contact +62811 8549 888
Our staff will review your requirements, and send you an email with instructions on how to send your drone to our certified service centre.
Once we receive your drone, it will be booked into our Service Centre for assessment.
Our drone technicians will diagnose the problem and contact you with an estimated cost to repair your drone. The quote will include the cost of parts + technical service, and shipping back to you.
In cases where the specific repairs cannot be completed in-house by Halo Robotics, we may need to send these to DJI directly in Hong Kong for a quote on the repair, which can delay the process.
When you have approved the quote, our skilled technicians will get to work repairing your drone. Be aware that occasionally, for unique issues, we need to order parts from DJI, and this may extend the process.
Once your drone repair is completed, we will test the aircraft to ensure your drone is in full working order.
You will receive an email or a call from our team letting you know that your repair has been completed, as well as payment details. Please note we charge [HOW MUCH] including 10% PPN (VAT) for shipping.
After your payment has been received, we will send your drone back to you using appointed couriers.
